Input cycle time
≥ 100 µs: the first 256 bytes of
analog data (any data type) and the first 8 bytes
of digital data are transmitted
Input cycle time < 100 µs: the first 128 bytes of
analog data (any data type) and the first 8 bytes
of digital data are transmitted
5 to F - Reserved for future extensions
