External visual inspection 

 

 

Inspection items 

Maintenance work 

Is abnormal noise or vibration 
generated? 

Refer to "7.3 Troubleshooting with no alarm 
generated" for help. 

Are ELECYLINDER mounting bolts 
loose? 

Tighten them further. 
 

Is the cable scratched? 

Replace if the damage is severe. 

Is there an abrasion on cable in case 
it goes through inside the hollow? 

Replace it in case the abrasion is significant. 
 

Is the connector loose? 

Re-insert correctly. 

Is grease dripping out? 

 

Clean up any drips. 
Replenish the grease.
