• Never iron areas with traces of perspiration or other marks: the heat of the plate fixes the
stains on the fabric, making them irremovable.
• To avoid marking velvet garments shiny, iron in one direction (following the fibre) and do not
press down on the iron.
• The heavier the washing machine is loaded, the more garments come out creased. This also
happens when the spin drying revolutions are very high.
• Many fabrics are easier to iron if they are not completely dry.
• For example, silk should always be ironed damp.
Ironing without steaming (dry ironing)
Connect the fork of the supply cord M to an el. outlet, the operation light indicator G will light up
(green). Put the iron to the rest position (Fig. 7). Turn the steaming regulator D to the position,
steaming off (fig. 5) or pour out water from the container I . Set the program on the display using
regulation wheel H according to the selected fabric material (Fig. 2), the operation light indicator
G will light up (red). Reaching the required temperature is shown by the operation light indicator
G (will light up (green)).
Note
• During ironing the thermostat will cycle, which is accompanied by characteristic sound
(clicking). This is normal situation and does not form the reason for warranty claim related to
the appliance.
• When the temperature is increased from the cold state or if the temperature is set from higher
to lower, we recommend waiting for a while due to stabilization of the ironing plate
A temperature.
• Ensure that there is sufficient water in the water tank if you wish to use the spray facility
occasionally while dry-ironing. If dry-ironing for longer than 20 minutes, the water tank should
be emptied to prevent over heating of any water present.
