INSTRUCTION fOR USE
BEfORE USING fOR ThE fIRST TIME
Remove all of the packaging.
Wash the parts: see “cleaning”.
Eight hours in advance, place the freezer bowl into a freezer.
Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (see recipe ideas). Allow the mix to cool in the refrigera -
tor.
UNIT ASSEMBLy
Turn the Power unit (P1) the bottom side up and place a lid (P4) over it. (see picture 1).
Insert the Spindle (P3) into the Power unit and push it all the way to the bottom. (see picture
2).
