Maintenance & Care

Carbon Brush Replacement

1.

With a flat blade screw driver, remove the maintenance plug

(K)

.

!

The machine MUST be UNPLUGGED from mains power at all times during

maintenance. The carbon brushes should be checked and maintained in 60 hour

intervals. You may need to change the carbon brushes if you experience loss of

machine performance, or intermittent power.

!

The carbon brushes are sprung, be

careful when removing.
