before commencing connection.
Do not block ventilation holes of equipment and arrange them so that air can circulate freely.
Read through the instructions before connecting other equipment.
Ensure that you observe the color-coding when connecting audio and video cables.
During DVD play, the TV volume may be at a lower level than during TV broadcasts, etc.
If this is the case, adjust the volume to the desired level.
If the DVD/VCD/CD unit is connected to the TV through a videocassette recorder, the picture may not be played back
normally with some DVDs. If this is the case, do not connect the unit via the VCR.
Connecting earphones
1. Adjust the volume to minimum.
2. Connect the headphones to Earphone jack.
3. Adjust the volume to the level that you want.
Connecting the stereo TV set
1. Connect one plug of the AV cord to AV OUT jack of the unit.
2. Connect 3 plugs of the AV cord to AV IN jacks of the TV set to be connected: yellow plug – for video signal, red and
white plugs – for stereo audio signal.
Connecting the audio equipment
1. Connect one plug of the AV cord to AV OUT jack of the unit.
2. Connect 2 plugs (white and red) of the AV cord to AV IN jacks of the audio equipment to be connected
