Power connecting
1. Connect one end of the Car adaptor or AC/DC adaptor to DC OUT of the unit.
2. Connect the Car adaptor to cigarette jack of the car OR connect AC/DC adaptor to the power outlet.
Note: before connecting to DC power, push the POWER ON/OFF switch to OFF.
Connecting to battery

To connect the battery:
1. Attach the battery to the unit (pic. 1).
2. Slide the battery along the unit in the direction of the ATTACH arrow on the
battery until the click sound is heard.
3. Connect the DC IN jack of the unit and the DC OUT of the battery with the cord (pic. 2).
4. To charge the battery connect the DC IN jack of the battery with power outlet via
AC/DC adaptor or car adaptor.
During the charge the charge indicator will light with red.
When the battery is fully charged the charge indicator will light with green.
To disconnect the battery:
1. Disconnect the wire between the battery and the unit.
2. Switch the RELEASE switch and slide the battery along the unit in the direction of the
DETACH arrow on the battery.
3. Take the battery off.
Notes:
A new battery pack which has not been used or one which has not been used for more than a month, it may appear to be not
recharged enough, this is due to the characteristic of this battery and is not a malfunction. In this case, recharge it two or
three times before the first use.
Noises may be generated during recharging. In this case, use a more distant power socket.
Do not recharge or discharge battery near a heating element such as a heater or direct sunlight.
It is recommended to connect a multi-system TV.
Ensure that this unit and other equipment to be connected are set to the standby mode or off and disconnect the AC adaptor
