Overload(While welding within 10~20min.)
1. Check the fan
2. Be sure air inlet is cleared
3. Change the thermal switch
Decrease welding voltage while welding
1. Check the basemetal & cable connection(Overheat)
2. Check the torch & cable connection(Overheat)
Welding wire is going on, when welding
finish(10~20mm)
1. Change the relay(CR2)(PCB EX02)
2. Change the resistor(R21)(PCB EX02)
3. Change the PCB(PCB EX02)
Arc start to fail when welding start
1. Check the noload voltage
2. Check the connection torch to basemetal
Disable to control for crater
1. Change the reed switch
2. Change the PCB(PCB EX02)
Disable to control feeding speed on inching
1. Check the LED1(PCB EX02) luminosity by ampere control
on feeder after inching S/W On
2. Check the WCR relay(PCB EX02) after inching S/W On
Gas goes on
1. Check the GAS lamp
- Lamp On : Check the relay(CR3)(PCB EX02)
- Lamp Off : Make sure clear, Change the Sol. V/V
Gas goes out
1. Check the GAS lamp
2. Change the CR3 or PCB(PCB EX02)
3. Check the feeder control cable
Fuse(F1) goes out
1. Check the regulator heater
Fuse(F2) goes out
1. Check the fan motor or magnetic contactor
Fuse(F3) goes out
1. Check the feeder control cable
Fuse(F4, F5) goes out
1. Check the control transformer(1, 3phase), fan motor,
magnetic contactor
