The vehicle’s Quick Reference Guide and Delivery Checklist are keys
to customer satisfaction.
• Be sure that you’re familiar with all of the features and controls covered in the Quick
Reference Guide and are capable of demonstrating them smoothly.
• When the customer takes delivery of their new vehicle, review the items in the Quick
Reference Guide with the customer, as their schedule permits.
• Finally, complete the Quick Reference Guide Review with the customer and check off all the
items that you have reviewed together.
• Be sure that both you and the customer sign at the bottom of the page.
A formalized delivery procedure will help to get your customer’s attention and convince
them to spend the time participating in what is one of the most critical factors in ensuring
satisfaction with their new Hyundai.
