Operation
HYCW1200E Carpet Washer Operation
1. Prepare the machine for “Wet Use” as described on the previous
page (page 23)
2. Fill the Detergent Tank with suitable carpet/upholstery detergent
(Not included). Follow the recommended dilution instructions.
3. Unsure the cap on the Detergent Tank is secured, and the
detergent line is connected to the Detergent Inlet on the Motor
Housing.
4. Use preferred cleaning head, with or without the vacuum
extensions.
5. Press the Detergent Button to release the detergent.
6. It’s possible to use the detergent and suction functions at the same
time. Press the Detergent Button first to ensure it’s on, and then
press the Suction button.
Note – A pitch change in the motor is a good thing. This means there is
a good seal between the head and the work surface. This helps create
ideal cleaning conditions.
IMPORTANT – After EVERY use, empty the machine of any fluids, and
dry the inside with paper towels or suitable cloth. This is to prevent
damage to the drum.
