After the terminal is successfully connected to a BT device, you can transmit or receive files such as
pictures, audios, and videos through BT.
Connecting to a BT device
Through the shortcut
1.
Swipe down from the status bar to expand all shortcuts, and then turn on Bluetooth.
2.
Tap
to view the paired device list, and then select an available BT device.
Through Settings menu
1.
Tap Connected devices > Bluetooth, and then turn on the BT switch.
2.
Tap Pair new device, and then the terminal automatically detects available devices.
3.
In the Available devices list, tap the desired BT Devices, and then tap Pairing
.
Transmitting and receiving Files
With BT paired, apps such as the Snapdragon Gallery, Contacts, and Sound Recorder can transmit and
receive files through BT. The followings take the Snapdragon Gallery as an example:
1.
Tap
to open Snapdragon Gallery.
2.
Select the desired picture or video to transmit, and then tap
and select Bluetooth.
3.
Select the desired BT device to receive the file.
4.
After the BT device receives the request, the terminal can transmit the file.
Other Operations
Modifying the BT device name
With BT enabled, the terminal is discoverable to other BT devices with its model as the default
device name. To better identify your device, tap Device name, and then modify the device name.
Viewing the received files
To view the received files through BT, tap Received files.
