The radio cannot be

The power cord may not be connected. Reconnect the power cord.

radio.
The temperature in the vehicle is too

Turn on the air conditioner to reduce the
temperature.
The keys do not
work normally.
Disable operation while driving

enabled for the SIM card.
Contact the carrier to enable the data
connection feature.
The signal may be weak.
Ensure that the radio is within the network
coverage.
Ensure that the external antenna is
installed and not blocked.
