Install the handlebar and tighten the set bolt

and

clamp bolt

②

to the specified torque.

●

After install the front fork and steering stem, inspect
the following items.

∙

Lift the front fork.

∙

Inspect play of the front fork as that grasp lower of
the front fork and shake it by the front and rear.

∙

By the handle turning the right or left, inspect
whether turning smoothly.

∙

Adjust the outer upper race, if the steering is comed
heavy and tight.

●

Bleed air of the front brake.(Refer to page 2-9)
