Cabinets
Cabinet latches in your Roadtrek are different from the ones in your home and more like those on boats - they have to stay closed when the vehicle is in
motion. The cabinet doors are secured with latches located along the edge of the cabinet door. Run your fingers along the edge and you will find the latch. Press
the latch in and open the door.
To close a cabinet door, shut it gently until you hear the latch click shut. You may need to press on the latch to get it to latch closed.
Do not attempt to close the cabinet doors while the latch button is pressed in. This will break the latch. Always make sure the button is out before
attempting to close a cabinet door.
It is not recommended to keep large, round, and/or heavy objects in a cabinet unsecured as they may roll around and apply excessive pressure to the
inside of the cabinet doors as you drive. The objects may shift position with vehicle motion and cause injury when the cabinets are opened. For this
reason, Ewin Hymer Group NA recommends that you are aware of the objects that you store in overhead cabinets.
