9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Regular and proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure a long service life and
trouble-free operation of the equipment.
Cleaning and maintenance may only be carried out when the appliance is switched
off.
No part of the device may be submerged in water.
Do not use sharp tools or aggressive cleaning agents, including concentrated
dishwashing liquids, milks and scrubbing pastes, to clean heavy dirt.
The components of the appliance may only be cleaned with a dry cloth, a brush or
paper towel.
10. PROBLEMS
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
The device has no user-serviceable parts.
I cannot switch the device
on.
Charge the battery.
Disconnect the minijack 3.5 mm cable.
When the device is
connected to a USB port
on the charger or PC, the
battery does not charge.
Check the USB output on your computer or charger.
Check the cable. If it is defective, use another one,
checked and approved by the manufacturer.
If a tested and manufacturer approved cable is not
charging, please contact the manufacturer's hotline.
Bluetooth connection
does not work
Make sure that your source device is correctly paired with
the headphones.
Check if the source device is not paired with another
device.
Check that the devices are not more than 10 m apart in
an open space. Obstacles (furniture, walls) reduce the
range of cooperation possible between devices.
Make sure that other devices do not interfere with the
transmission.
The plug does not fit into
the socket on the sound
source.
Use a suitable adapter from a 3.5 mm minijack to
a suitable for the sound source.
The adapters are NOT included.
