1.

 

Secure one of the hose ends to the nipple on the tank and the other end to the valve in the control.  Secure using the provid-

ed hose clamps.  

 

Make sure to route the hose such that the vessel will not come in contact with it when it is loaded or be kinked

STEP 8: Launching the Hoist

 

Insert Tank Plugs (Pt. No. 2905406) into the 

6” 

water Discharge Holes DO NOT tow without Tank Plugs

 

 

Additional floatation, such as a block of Styrofoam under the front frame header is recommended  especially in diffi-
cult towing environments. Secure the floatation to the frame. This floatation must be sufficient to prevent the hoist 
from tipping forward when launched and towed.

 

1.

 

Secure the Control Unit on top of the tank assembly to the mid cross brace.   Make sure all valves are in the closed position.

 

2.

 

Attach a towing line to the rear Cross Channel of the lift.

 

3.

 

Back the trailer into the water to float the hoist. Do this SLOWLY so that the front of the hoist or Tanks do not pivot hard 
into the trailer.

 

4.

 

Slowly tow the hoist to it location.
