Hard Water area Map
The hard water map, shown in figure 1-1
, defines hard water areas in the continental
United States which compromise fluid related components such as hoses, fittings, heaters,
pumps, valves and water-cooled engines. for other countries, hard water area maps can
be obtained from geological societies.
