The vacuum in the reactor is regulated with the regulating valve

(8)

In the retransfer operation (only in versions with retransfer operation), the fluid is
pumped directly trough the fluid filter

(7)

by means of an external retransfer pump.

When the stop button is pressed, the directional valve

(1)

closes and the drain pump

empties the vacuum chamber empty. When the emergency stop is pressed, the
vacuum pump and the evacuation pump are switched off and the 2/2 directional
valve is closed by a spring.

Possible Applications

Purification operation (dewatering, degassing and filtration).

The FAM continuously purifies the bypass fluid in the tank.

Retransfer operation (only filtration).

Only for versions with retransfer pump
