FCU hydraulic connection 

 

Conducting measurements via the integrated pump - SUCTION INLET 

NOTICE 

Change-over INLET / SUCTION INLET after a high pressure 

measurement 

The pump will be damaged. 

► 

Wait at least 5 minutes after a high pressure measurement before 

changing over the suction port connection. 

The pressure in the installed pulsation damper must first be reduced 

via the OUTLET connection. 

NOTICE 

Severe contamination of the fluid / on the bottom of the tank 

The unit will be destroyed 

► 

Do not prime directly at the bottom of the tank. 

► 

Do not prime in the sump. 

 

The greatest contamination is found on the bottom of the tank. 

All impurities and other particles are deposited on the bottom of

A suction strainer for the suction hose of the FCU is available as an
