Adjusting the counter balance valve

Set the counter balance valve (1) in accordance with the following steps:

1.

Switch the unit on.

2.

Check the suction intake
behavior of the pump and the oil
flow.

3.

If a uniform volume flow can be
heard via the noise of the pump
or if it can be detected on the
outlet side (OUT), the pressure
gauge will display the pressure
at the inlet on the
ContaminationSensor CS1000
(max. 60 bar).
The counter balance valve is
open at the time the unit is
shipped. The pressure gauge
displays the pressure resulting
