C: Mode 3 

In this mode, the COIP sets the SIP number of the COIP as the calling number of the call and 

the  called  number as the short  message  content and the  number  of the short  message sender, 

whose format is short message content*the number of the short message sender. 

D: SMS Dial Prefix 

When the COIP initiates the SMS call, the COIP will change the prefix number to the called 

number prefix.
