personnel,

along

with

their

necessary

tools

and

materials

to

overhead

work

locations.

work

platform

is

subject

certain

that

cannot

mechanical

means.

It

is

therefore

essential

that

operators

be

competent,

careful,

physically

and

mentally

fit

and

thoroughly

trained

in

safe

operation

this

machine.

A92.6

Standard,

it

is

the

responsibility

of

the

owner

to

instruct

operators

with

the

in

well

additional

requirements

set

forth

by
