Take off the cover

Check the cable of mainboard with Key or Joystick

((When pressing the button, check whether the voltage 

goes to 'L' level. Default is 'H' level))

Does the level goes to 'L'(0V) ?

Yes

Replace Main Board

No

Check the status of Key or Joystick 

cable

(Almost of this case, the cable
