(7) Adjust the joystick to make the head of the instrument to move forward by 0.5 mm,
and the joystick button to let the measurement be done again. Perform each
measurement up to 7 times after moving the head forward in the step of 0.5 mm.
(8) Press LEFT ( ) or RIGHT ( ) key to choose the diopter of model eye on the

stand, then press SEL key.
< Modification of setup data of keratometry >
(9) By adjusting the joystick, make Mire rings on the screen be concentric with the
Alignment ring and be mostly focused between forward and backward direction.
(10) Press the joystick button, then the measurement will be performed 10 times. The
average radius of Mire rings will be displayed.
(11) Press LEFT ( ) or RIGHT ( ) key to choose the diopter of model eye on the

stand, then press SEL key.
(12) Repeat the process form (2) ~ (11) for all model eyes.
(13) Press EXIT key, then press SAVE key to permanently store the changed KER
setup data into flash ROM.
