1. The camera can not be controlled.
2. No screen.
3. A button is pressed, but nothing is happened.
4. The controller is not compatible with another device.
5. Joystick is operating well, zoom and other functions don't work.
6. RANDOM or SEQ mode doesn't work.
7. Forget password.
8. Buttons regarding MENU don't work.
9. With connection of two or more controllers, you can not control the operation of the camera.
- Check the protocols of the cameras.
- Any shock might cause the malfunction. Please contact the place you purchased.
- Check if you press another button simultaneously.
- Check the setting mode(Master/Slave).
- Check the setting value.
- When you set about PRESET menu, you should set GROUP.
- Push '1' '8' '9' '7' and 'OPEN' button, and you will see the first two digits.
- Check if you push another button simultaneously.
- Check if you set the protocol correctly.
- Check if you set Master or Slave correctly.
- Check if the master controller is operating.
* The slave controller is not available when the master controller is operating.
