Clean dirt on the wheels;
Is it the rainy day that causes excessive humidity and
hence greater resistance?
Take out the battery and place it in the charging base
for charging.
Replace it with a new battery.
If it does not move against the border, it is
testing the resistance. Please be patient.
Remove water or oil stains on the wheels;
Remove water or oil stains on the glass within the
contact area of the wheels;
Check if there are any stickers or other attachments
on the glass.

Air pressure is too low Check if the cleaning cloth is attached upside down
or not flat, if the glass is protruding, or if it is arc-shaped
glass. Such may cause wide-range air leakage.
N/A If the machine is operating normally, it has
automatically adjusted itself;
If it occurs frequently, remove the cleaning cloth and
reattach it, or just change a new one.
