Instructions for Use and Precautions
Main unit and working environment inspection
① Check if the safety rope is damaged. If there is no damage, please fasten the
safety rope and check if it is tied to a solid fixture that must not move or
deform. Check if the glass is damaged or cracked, and do not use the machine
in the rainy day or when the glass is wet or misty.
② Please use it only if the width of the window frame is more than 6mm. Make
sure the window size is greater than 40*60cm (height). In case of abnormal
circumstances, such as ultra-narrow frame, beveled frame, sloped glass, no
frame, or unevenness, protrusions, leaks, gaps, etc. with glass glue, it is not
recommended to use the product, or it is required that someone guard it from
a fall (uncommon).
③ Please use it on vertical glass. For sloped glass, please use it with caution,
and it must be guarded. Use the remote control if necessary.
④ The machine may stand still at the edge to test the resistance, and continue
to move after a few seconds. This is normal.
⑤ When the main unit is running in low power, the machine will remain
adsorbing for about 20 minutes and alarm. Please take it down or restore
power as soon as possible.
⑥ To conduct external aerial work, it is required to place safety warnings on the
ground to prevent accidental personal injury.
How to get a better cleaning experience?
① Please use a dry cleaning cloth first.
② To wipe the glass, if rather dirty, for the first round, it is recommended to wipe
it once by pressing the round button on the body of the machine, or by using the
remote control. The purpose is to brush off the hard and fine particles of dust on
the surface of the glass. Please then change a new cloth or shake off the particles
before reuse. Avoid hard particles scratching the glass (uncommon).
③ After having brushed the dirty glass, please proceed caterpillar wheel cleaning.
Take the machine in your hand, press and hold the round button. The caterpillar
wheels will slowly rotate. Use a wet paper towel to wipe off the dirt on the
caterpillar wheels, so as to avoid caterpillar wheel traces in the wet wipe later.
④ Change a new cloth in the second round and apply wet wipe. Wet the cloth
and wring it out until it does not drip. Dry the cloth as much as possible to avoid
water droplets adhering to the caterpillar wheels or being sucked into the
machine due to overwet cloth. In case of slipping, inactivity or pauses when the
machine is running, it means the cloth has too much moisture. Please use dry
toilet paper to absorb the excess moisture.
⑤ Note the cleaning cloth should not be overwet, and must stick flat on the
bottom of the machine. Please use the original cleaning cloth, otherwise the
performance of the machine shall be affected.
