Position oil screen

with the O-rings on a pin wrench.

Insert the pin wrench through the drill hole of the screw plug and into the engine
case on the opposite side.

Push the oil screen all the way into the engine case.

Mount and tighten screw plug

Mount and tighten the oil drain plug

with the magnet and a new seal ring.

Remove screws

. Remove the oil filter cover with the O-ring.

Pull oil filter

out of the oil filter housing.
Circlip pliers reverse (51012011000)

Completely drain the engine oil.

Thoroughly clean the parts and sealing surface.

Lay the motorcycle on its side and fill the oil filter housing to about

full with engine
oil.
–
Insert the oil filter into the oil filter housing.
–
Oil the O-ring of the oil filter cover and mount it with the oil filter cover

–
Mount and tighten the screws.

Stand the motorcycle upright.

Remove the oil filler plug

with the O-ring from the clutch cover and fill up with
engine oil.
