Installing the crankshaft

- Mount spreader ring @.

18 ENGINE

- Ensure that all lugs of the spreader ring pass through

slots

of the freewheel and engage in groove

of the

primary gear.

- Tighten the right section of the engine case in the engine

assembly stand.

- Heat the crankshaft bearing.

Guideline

Do not damage the seal ring.

- Mount the special tool on the clutch end of the crankshaft.

Protection cap (78029005000) (

- Push the crankshaft all the way into the bearing seat of the

right section of the engine case.

- Remove the special tool.

Installing the transmission shafts

- Lubricate all bearings.

- Slide both transmission shafts into the bearing seats.
