6 SOUND THERAPY PROGRAMS
HUSO comes with six (6) preset programs: 1 Calm, 2 Serenity, 3 Clarity, 4 Focus, 5 Comfort and
6 Release. Each program consists of 3 tones. Each tone plays for 10 minutes ( 10 X 1 Intervals), for a
total of 30 minutes. 13 separate & unique tones in different configurations were used to create
the programs. The specific placement of each tone within the program enhances the effect of
the other tones in that program.
We are often asked what program should I use first? We recommend that you try CALM first but
the programs are designed to take you to the place associated with it’s name. Below is an
outline of each program, how they’re made and what you can expect to feel when using them.
