Position the mirror clamp


Position the clutch master cylinder and tighten the screw.

Mount both rear mirrors.
–
Tighten the screws of the mirror clamp.

Position the brake line and wiring harness in brake line guide


Insert the distance bushings in the brake line guide. Position the fender with the
brake line guide.

Mount and tighten screws.

Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)

Position fender brace

with the flasher.
–
Mount and tighten the screws on the lower triple clamp and on the fender.

Position the speedometer

and connector board

. Mount and tighten the
screws.

Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)

Connect the flasher.

Connect all connectors to the connector board.

Plug the sockets of the indicator lamps into the corresponding lamp housing.

FI Warning lamp ( MIL ) White/orange

Fix the cable with cable binders (for routing, see figure).

Install the headlight mask with the headlight. ( p. 6)

Install the front wheel. ( p. 6)
