Cleaning Engine Oil Cooler and Checking Air Filter
Cleaning the engine oil cooler
Keep engine oil cooler fins clear of debris to ensure proper cooling.

Checking Air Filter Elements
IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Dirt and debris can enter the engine
through a damaged filter element:
• Do not wash paper element.
• Do not attempt to clean paper element by tapping against
another object.
• Do not use pressurized air to clean element.
• Do not clean elements, only replace element if it is very dirty, damaged or
the seal is cracked.
NOTE: It may be necessary to check the air filter more frequently if
operating machine in dusty or extreme conditions.

Your machine is equipped with a Heavy-Duty Air Cleaner assembly.
Check air filter elements at the intervals recommended in the Service
Intervals section.
