This equipment is intended for use at public catering facilities.
INSTALLATION
Place the equipment on a hard, stable surface. Installation place should ensure easy access
and cleaning of the equipment.
Place paper discs into the holder in the top part of the equipment.
OPERATION
Place one paper dics into the holder.
Put a small amount of minced meat, depending on the required thickness, into the minced
meat compartment.
Put another paper disc on the top of it.
Pull down the lever for hamburger pressing.
Rise the lever to lift hamburger for an easy removal.
WASHING
Carefully clean the equipment with wet cloth, then wipe it dry with a towel.
