In case the equipment is not used for a long time, it shall be disconnected from the
power mains and protected against dust, moist and insects.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1.
If the equipment does not power on, check the following:
•
power cable is properly connected to the power main, the power switch is in ON po-
sition;
•
the equipment is properly assembled;
•
power supply is not interrupted.
In case none of the above has been found, do not try to repair the equipment, contact an au-
thorized service center.
2.
In case you cannot open the equipment cover, check the following:
•
excessive pulp may be accumulated in the bowl, the feed chute and around the auger;
press the On button and let pulp go through the outlet;
•
a hard object is stuck inside (a fruit pit or a hard fruit piece); press the reverse button
to reverse it;
•
do not apply force to open the cover!
3.
In case the equipment has stopped working in the process of squeezing:
•
press the reverse button for 3-5 seconds; repeat this 2-3 times;
•
then, press the On button;
•
if this does not resolve the problem, contact the service center.
4.
In case juice is leaking in the top part of the equipment:
•
make sure that the silicone cover of the outlet opening is properly secured;
•
in case leaking persists, make sure the food load is not too big; do not rush and load
the products gradually.
