1. Use only the recommended replacement diamond wheel for your
grinder and the perspex guard designed for the wheel.
2. Do not operate the TEG-1000 Tungsten Electrode Grinder without
the perspex safety guard in place.
3. Wheels must be used only as recommended in this manual.

Daily/weekly – Depending on frequency of use.
• Keep unit in good clean order.
• Ensure the perspex guard is unbroken and not cracked.
• Check wheel condition for excessive wear, damage or breakages.
• Check and empty dust collector. Follow your site policy for disposal
of dust.
Monthly
• Check the electrical cable or plug conditions for damage or wear.
• Check the condition of mounting bolts.
Motor is equipped with permanently greased bearings which will last

The Grinder should always be stored indoors (Above -20ºC), in
dry, vibration free, and dust free conditions. During transportation,
shocks, falls and humidity should be avoided. in other conditions
