Problem
Top-Down/Bottom-Up shades do not appear level.
Solution
Fabric Panel Leveling
If the middle rail or bottom
rail is not level, adjust using
the cam lock buttons located on
the back of the rail.
Unlock button.
Hold the cord in
bottom rail cord clip and use a
flat blade screwdriver to turn the
cam lock button

counterclockwise to unlock.
If the bottom rail needs to be
raised, pull up on the cord until
the rail is level.
If the bottom rail needs to be
lowered, keep tension on the cord
and gently lower the bottom rail.
Lock button.
Turn the cam lock

Problem
Two-On-One Headrail Shades Only:
The center gap is not even from the top
to the bottom of the shade, interfering with the function of the shade.
Solution
Ensure the entire length of the headrail is straight and level. If the center portion
of the headrail is higher than the ends, the center gap will close together. If the
center portion of the headrail is lower than the ends, the center gap increases.
If necessary, adjust the height of each bracket by moving it within the screw
slots or by using shims.
