MALFUNCTION PROBLEMS
WARRANTY
If the humidifier does not maintain the programmed humidity level:

The nebulizer ceramic may be dirty.
●
The nebulizer ceramic may be worn.
●
The tank may not have enough water.
●
The tank may have excess water.
To check problems in the humidifier you must proceed as follows:
●
Remove the left cap (where water is recharged)
●
Connect the humidifier sockets (round socket and 9-pin socket)
●
Rotate the humidistat to 100%
When following these steps the following situations may occur:
●
The light is not turned or the fan does not turn. Solution: check if the transformer light is
turned on, if not, replace the transformer.
●
If the transformer light is on, it means that there is power reaching the generator. Solution:
check if the nebulizer light goes on (the nebulizer can be inspected by removing the cap on
the left), if is the light is on, it is not damaged, if the light is off, it must be replaced.
●
If the nebulizer is not damaged and the fan does not turn, it may be that you have changed
the polarity of the round socket that goes to the humidifier or that an electricity surge has
been damaged the fan.
●
The humidifier and its components are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing
fault or breakage in transportation.
●
Warranty is voided by the manipulation, misuse or poor maintenance of the humidifier.
●
For the validity of the warranty (in case of transportation) the humidifier should be revised
at the time of the reception to check if there are broken parts or anomalies caused during
transportation, and in case of damage, “damaged or broken” must be added to the
carrier’s delivery note, and a copy must be sent within twenty-four hours of receipt of the
humidifier.
●
The shipping costs of the damaged humidifier to manufacturer for repair shall be borne
by the buyer.
●
Humidores Wacota reserves the right to make any changes in design or functional
changes to the humidifier at any time, without prior notice.
Cable rupture
●
If the cord is damaged it must be replaced by a new cord, or a special set provided by the
manufacturer.
