5.1 Maintenance
Wipe your SmartView Synergy with a clean, soft cloth.
5.2Troubleshooting
If the screen is blank:
• Check that the Universal power supply is
connected to the AC power cable. Make sure the
other end of the AC power cable is connected to
the electrical outlet and the other end of the
Universal power supply is connected to the
SmartView.
• Check that the power is switched on at the wall
socket.
• Check that the green power light is glowing.
• Check that all cables are properly plugged in.
• Check that the monitor is switched on. This only
applies to external monitors. The LCD screen
(Standard configuration) is automatically
powered when the unit is turned on.
• Check that the Brightness and Contrast levels
are turned up.
• Turn the Zoom knob antiPclockwise for minimum
magnification.
