Setting the telephone to the default settings
1. Press
. “PHONEBOOK” will be shown in the display.
2. Use

to page to “DEFAULT”.
3. Press
to enter the default menu.
“DEFAULT” and “CONFIRM?” will be shown in the display.
4. Press
to confirm and the telephone will be set to the default settings.

Should there be a power failure, you can still use your telephone. However, the flashing light
will not work.
If you would like to use the display function during a power failure, you can put 4 batteries
(mignon or AA) into the telephone.
Note:
During a power failure, the telephone’s flashing light will not work even if you can put in
batteries.
The dead-battery symbol
will appear in the display if the batteries are dead.
