• Install the front-wheel frame connecting-rod (part 11) as shown (may be pre-installed), and install
screw (part 12) and locknut (part 13). Tighten securely, then loosen just enough so you can turn
screw/nut by hand.
Screw threads must still be fully engaged into locknut.

Rotate the motor gearbox upward along with the direction of arrow, until the motor gearbox is aimed
at car body axle hole.
•
Insert the car wheel (part 5), washer (part 18) into the front wheel axle as shown. Insert the buckle
spring (part 22) into the slot of wheel axle and snap wheel cover (part 7) in place. Repeat for op
-
posite side.
•
Insert the rear wheel axle (part 19) as shown. Insert driving wheel (part 6, with rubber wheel tread)
and washer (part 18) into the rear wheel axle as shown. Insert the buckle spring (part 22) into the
slot of wheel axle and snap wheel cover (part 7) in place.
•
Insert the rear wheel spacer (part 20), wheel (part 5), washer (part 18) onto the front wheel axle as
shown. Insert the buckle spring (part 22) into the slot of wheel axle and snap wheel cover (part 7) in
place.
With the vehicle upside down, insert the long end of
the J-shaped Steering Rod (part 14) into the body
opening so that short end fits into the axle slot as
shown.
