STEP 1 – fRAME OVERVIEW
There are 21 steel tubing parts which are needed to put the frame together.
All parts with the same part number are interchangeable and there is no
difference in terms of left or right alignment. To connect the parts, simply
put the narrower end of a pipe into the larger end of the next pipe. Before
connecting anything, you should lightly grease all connectors or spray them
with contact spray. This will increase their lifespan and simplify the assembly
and subsequent disassembly.
Put all of the parts together in a circle
as shown (see fig. 1.1).
STEP 2 – ASSEMBLING THE
SUPPORTS
Put all of the supporting legs (6)
together with the foot pieces (5).
Please note that the safety label
stuck on one of the supporting legs
should point outwards afterwards
(fig. 2.1). Place one screw from the
set of screws through parts (6) and
(5) on each side in order to secure
them.
Tighten these with the nuts.
STEP 3 – ASSEMBLING THE fRAME
a) You will need a helper for this assembly step. One person holds the supports
from Step 2 in an upright (vertical) position and puts the leg support of one of
the frame tubes with leg supports (3) onto a supporting leg of the supports.
The other person holds the other end tight and sticks a frame tube (4) and
another frame tube with leg supports (3) onto another support as shown.
You should now have 2 sets of supports which are held together by an upper
frame tube with leg supports. (fig 3.1) b) Now insert the other frame tubes (4)
in between the supporting legs (6) by inserting them in succession. (fig 3.2)
Before inserting the final frame tube, you should initially loosen one or two leg
supports again. This will make it easier to stick in the final tube.
STEP 4 –
ASSEMBLING THE JUMPING MAT
You will need a helper for this assembly
step.
CAUTION – When attaching the
springs, bruising may be caused by the
tube connections as the trampoline will
be taut.
Spread out the jumping mat (1)
a)
in the frame with the printed side
turned upwards.
Depending on the size of the
b)
trampoline, there are a different
number of holes in the frame
for attaching the coil springs.
They are not numbered serially,
so please follow the instructions
carefully in order to keep to the
right sequence.
Pick any point you wish on the
c)
frame tube (call it ZERO). Now
attach a spring (7) in the same
direction and at the same angle
to the frame as shown in fig. 4.2.
Hook the spring into an eyelet
of the mat and turn it in the
direction of the jumping mat.
