INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Miniliter IV
MHSY Series
WARNING
DISCONNECT POWER DURING INSTALLATION AND BEFORE SERVICING.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION
OPTIONAL PHOTOCONTROL (PBT SERIES) FIELD INSTALLATION (MHSY)
1. Remove two screws (5) and cover (6)
2. Drill a 11/16 diameter hold in the centre of cover (6)
3. Mount the photocontrol on the inside of the cover according to directions
supplied with the photocontrol.
4. Replace cover (6) and tighten screws (5).
FIXTURES NOT MARKED IP65
A. For upaimed fixtures use a hammer and a
Screwdriver to knock out the two thin
Sections C located at the rear bottom
Corners.
B. For downaimed fixtures remove the #10 drain
Hole screw (19) located a the front bottom
Centre.
FIXTURES MARKED IP65
If the fixture is marked IP65 do not remove
Section C and do not remove the drain hold
Screw (19)
FUSE REPLACEMENT (MHSXXXX46XFX)
1. Turn off power before servicing.
2. Open lens door and remove lamp.
3. Remove the 2 socket retaining screws, socket
And retainer.
4. Remove the 4 reflector screws, and carefully
remove three reflector segments.
5. Lift barrier if present to expose fuse holder.
6. Open the fuse holder
7. Replace the blown fuse with the same fuse
type and rating and close fuse holder.
8. Replace the barrier, reflector segments and
four reflector screws.
9. Replace lamp and close lens door.
