3.2 After the power on, the LCD displays Test current 200A and Test times 10s.

3.4 You can press “TEST” key to start testing, and the LCD displays as shown in the
following figure.
The resistance of the switch is then displayed on the LCD. When the test time reaches
10s or 60s, the test is completed. The instrument automatically turns off the DC constant
current of 100A or 200A supply, and the LCD flashes to display the resistance value of the
switch.
3.5 After the LCD flicker shows for a period of time, the tester re-enters the mode of
operation selection state. At this point, press the print key to print the current data results.
3.6 After the test, turned off the power and remove the power line and test wires.
IV.Common Breakdowns and Methods
1.The fuse blow after pressing ‘TEST’
Constant - current power supply is fault.
2.Instrument displays
2.1 Current circuit impassable, check test line and clamp
2.2 The resistance of the test product is too large or the test wire is too fine to reach the
selected test current.
