Service running status
Check logs of each service to verify that services start and run normally.
3.2.11 Service Management

Verify that the recording management HWLog IMP runs properly.

Check whether the displayed IMP information is normal, and whether the IMP detection
function can be normally enabled and disabled.
3.2.12 SIP Server Maintenance
Two SIP Servers working in active and standby mode interact with U2990/U2980, send
requests to the Log Server cluster for starting or stopping the recording process based on the
Log Server load to implement load balancing in the Log Server cluster. Therefore, you must
ensure that the SIP Servers run normally.

Verify that the HWLog SIP Server service is running properly, and ensure that the following
faults are rectified.

Recording server fails to record data.
z
Noise detected during recording playback.
z
Failed to synchronize backup data between IMP servers in different sites.

Double-click the HWLog IMP icon on the desktop. The HWLog IMP login page is displayed.
