This section describes common problems encountered when using the RP100-55T and
describes their relevant solutions.

To use certain solutions described in this section, access the

Settings

and

Diagnostics

screens.

If you have set an administrator password and encrypted the

Diagnostics

screen according to

section 10.2.1 Setting the Administrator Password, you must enter the administrator password
to access the

Settings

and

Diagnostics

screens.

12.2.1 IDB

This section describes the troubleshooting methods for the problems arising on the IDB.
