ACTIVATING YOUR NET10 WIRElESS HOME PHONE

WHAT’S IN YOUR PACKAGE

ACTIVATION CARD

IMPORTANT START HERE!

1.   Assemble your Home Phone unit and connect to a power supply.
2.  Connect a telephone device to the Home Phone unit.
3.   Activate your Service at NET10HomePhone.com or call

1-800-299-7280 (Use your Serial Number below).

4. Dial *22890 to program your phone.

PREPARE YOUR NET10 WIRELESS HOME PHONE DEVICE FOR ACTIVATION

Remove Protectors and Assemble Your Device

Remove all protectors from the device by peeling them off. Carefully 
insert the battery connection cable into the battery port. The connector 
will click into place when properly inserted. Then, place the battery in its 
compartment and replace the back cover.

Connect the Device to a Power Supply

Find your Serial Number and Activate your Service

Hear Your Phone Number

Install the Antenna Properly

Connect a Telephone to the Home Phone Device

Insert one end of the power adapter into the DC input port then plug 
the other end into an electrical outlet. The device will turn ON 
automatically. If it does not turn on, press the 

Power

 button located 

on the top of the device. You know your device is 

ON

 when the Power 

indicator lights up blue.

With the device turned off, align the antenna and antenna port then 
screw the antenna into the port. Ensure that the antenna is securely 
tightened all the way in (this can take over 20 turns) and that it points 
upward once fully tightened.

To Activate your service, go to NET10HomePhone.com or call 
1-800-299-7280 from another phone. You will need the Serial Number 
located on the front of this card and a NET10 Wireless Home Phone 
Service Plan or a credit or debit card to complete your Activation. 

After completing the Activation, you MUST dial *22890 from the 

telephone device connected to the NET10 Wireless Home Phone 

device to program it.

 Listen for programming-related messages/

instructions. You will receive a confirmation message once the 
programming is complete.

After Activation is complete, 

wait 2 minutes

 then call  1-855-343-2255 to 

hear your phone number. 

If this is the first call made from the device, you will be asked to 

choose your language for Voicemail functions before you can 

complete your call.

BOTH

 telephone ports on the device connect to the same telephone 

number. Plug one end of a telephone cable into a telephone port and the 
other end into the back of a corded telephone or a cordless telephone 
base device.

Telephone device and telephone cable are not included.

You will need the Serial Number below to Activate your phone.
