Before the power cable is installed or removed, the power switch must be turned
off.
z
Before the power cable is connected, it must be confirmed that the power cable
and label comply with the requirements of the actual installation.
Note:
Use power cables, whose cross sections are greater than 25 mm
2,
to connect the
equipment powered by DC.
3.2.3 Tools
Warning:
During high voltage and AC operations, special tools should be used. It is not permitted
to use common tools or tools brought by the operator.
3.2.4 Drilling
Warning:
Drilling on the rack without permission is strictly prohibited. Drilling that does not satisfy
the requirements concerned may damage the wires and cables inside the rack. If the
metal swarf from the drilling gets into the rack, it may result in short-circuit of the circuit
boards.

If it is necessary to drill a hole on the rack, insulation protection gloves must be
worn, and the cables inside the rack should first be removed.
z
During the drilling, make sure that the eyes of the operator are well protected. The
spattering swarf may cause injury to the eyes.
z
Make sure that the metal swarf does not get into the rack.
z
Non-standard drilling operation may damage the electromagnetic shielding
performance of the rack.
