by other Bluetooth devices? 

Possible causes are as follows: 

 

Your HUAWEI MediaPad M1 8.0 is not visible to other Bluetooth devices.   
Go to the Bluetooth settings screen and touch the name of your HUAWEI MediaPad M1 

8.0 to make it visible to other Bluetooth devices.
