Procedure

Step 1

Install cabinet sealing plates, and secure them using M6x16 tapping screws, as shown in



The flanges of cabinet sealing kits must face the outside of the cabinet.



Do not install sealing plates to the four cabinets that are located at both ends of each row
until you install the end doors. Front cabinets can be integrated cabling cabinets, server
cabinets, or PDU8000s.

2.5.2 Removing Rack Power Distribution Unit

This section describes how to remove industrial connectors and cables from the rack power
distribution unit (PDU2000).

Procedure

Step 1

Remove the rodent-proof mesh above the PDU2000 at the top of the cabinet, and take out two
PDU2000 industrial connectors, as shown in

If the PDU2000 does not have an industrial connector, take out its cables and place them on the top of
the cabinet.
