The NetEco provides basic and optional network management functions,
such as asset management, capacity management, alarm management,
configuration management, energy efficiency management, security
management, system management, and iPower intelligent management.

Temperature prediction: In the power transformation and distribution
system of the PowerPOD, there are many high-voltage and low-
voltage electrical contacts. As the device runtime increases, the
contact surface is corroded or loose due to moisture, dust, or
vibration. As a result, the contact temperature increases abnormally,
affecting the safety of power supply to the data center. Based on the
temperature rise model and the measured current, ambient
temperature, and contact temperature, the system infers the
reasonable temperature of the contacts and realizes the predictive
maintenance of the contact temperature. The following scenarios are
supported: hot-swappable terminal temperature prediction for
connection points between low-voltage cabinets and copper bar,
connection points between feeder cabinets and copper bars, feeder
cabinet switches, dense busway connector boxes, small busway
power distribution units, integrated PDUs, and precision PDUs in
power modules.

ABB circuit breaker switch setting: In the low-voltage power
distribution system of the PowerPOD, the correctness of the rated
current of the switches and level-3 setting protection parameters is
crucial to the power safety of the data center. However, the circuit
breaker switch setting is associated with upstream and downstream
power distribution. Currently, the setting is difficult and error-prone
and heavily relies on expert experience. The NetEco collects the
current parameters of circuit breakers and UPSs through the ECC800-
Pro, determines the circuit breaker parameters based on the
upstream and downstream relationships of the devices, short-circuit
current algorithm, and low-voltage switch setting value matching
algorithm, and determines whether to implement selective
protection for the low-voltage switch.

ABB circuit breaker health prediction: The NetEco predicts the health
status of circuit breakers by using the Ekip Com collection module of
the NetEco to collect telemetry data (such as the switching-on/off
status, alarm, and operating current) of circuit breakers,
configuration data (such as the operating environment of circuit
breakers), and circuit breaker O&M plan data, reducing unnecessary
maintenance. When a circuit breaker works or is not maintained for
a long time, the system reminds the customer to maintain the circuit
breaker in a timely manner.
